Tire Shredding Line

The proper recycling of waste tyres helps to reduce such problems by resource recovery and generate employment and business opportunities to the ever-rising population.

Some of the most productive and profitable applications

Ground Rubber: It is produced by grinding the scrap tyres into small pieces of varied sizes. The most common applications include landscaping mulch, crumb rubber modified bitumen (CRMB), rubber products, sport surface and floor mats.

Tyre-Derived Fuel (TDF): It is a cleaner and an attractive alternative to coal. It is widely used in pulp and papermills, electric utility boilers and cement kilns.

Civil Engineering: The civil industry is increasingly choosing shredded tyres as a replacement for clay or sand in road and landfill construction, septic tank making, landfill cover and other construction works.

Tire recycling way: If you want tire chips (TDF), you can choose our double shaft tire TDF shredder, the shredding size is 50-300mm; If you want rubber granules, you can choose our tire rubber rasper crusher machine, you can get 10-15mm rubber granules, and separate the rubber and steel wire; you can choose our rubber mill pulverizer, the grinding fineness is 20-300mesh.

Features

  • The pre-shredding system can be equipped with bolted cutting tools to minimize the operational cost and simplify maintenance of the line.
  • Two-stage rasper system effectively liberates the steel from the rubber enabling effective separations and the production of clean wire.
  • The fine granulation system is equipped with a special rotor designed specifically for tire rubber size reduction.
It provides maximum throughput, whilst minimizing the amount of fines created.
  • The machine is also optimized for low operational and wear costs.
  • Textile and dust is aspirated at several positions of the recycling system.
  • A central Reverse Jet Filtration System extracts dust from the entire system.
  • System automation ensures that components actions are linked, the system capacity is maximized, and the system is protected against interfering material in the best way.

Finished Material

By Tire recycling plant, get the final product is rubber powder, fiber and steel wire, concrete rubber powder fineness (mesh) can be processed according to the needs of customers. We can offer different capacity of waste tire recycling plant from 100 kg/h to 3000 kg/h. The rubber powder size 10, 20 mesh, 30 mesh, 40 mesh, 60 mesh, 80 mesh, and the Max 120 mesh.

Based on the needs of our customers, our tire shredders (working with disc classifier) produce a 50-150mm rubber chip, which is used as a coal additive for industrial boilers. Many of these facilities are turning to TDF because it burns hotter and cleaner than coal and is more cost effective..
